Meet your coaches
A registered nurse turned high ticket closer, Tawny spent a year and a half setting and closing deals for an agency before realizing she'd signed up for another job. She founded The Bloom Metric to hand over the path she had to build herself: foundation first, then sales, as an owner.
Jess comes from healthcare operations, where the salary hardly changed no matter how good she got. Now she builds on her own terms, is her son's mom and teacher every day, and leads business strategy with the women in our small group coaching. She's the reason the systems side actually works.
